Project Overview:
The Local Empowerment and Resilience Network (LEARN) Project, led by Community Partners International and funded by USAID helps local organizations in southeast Burma provide essential services through partnerships and capacity-building. Its goal is to empower communities by improving their skills to deliver healthcare, education, and other vital services.
LEARN also addresses challenges from conflicts, COVID-19, and political instability, aiming to create stronger, more resilient communities. The project works with USAID to ensure sustainable growth and support for local groups beyond the project’s timeframe.
